When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces usually leave my studio within 2–4 business days.
Made-to-order or custom items may take 7–10 days, depending on the design.
How will my order ship?
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package is on its way.
How is my jewelry packaged?
Each piece is gift-ready in a jewelry box or pouch, wrapped with care and a handwritten thank-you. If it’s a gift, add a note at checkout and I’ll include it for you.

What materials do you use?
I work primarily with gemstones with metals such as copper, sterling silver, and genuine gold-plated findings. Each piece is handcrafted in small batches, so natural variations make every one unique.
How should I care for my jewelry?

🔮 Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All returned or exchanged items must be in brand-new, undamaged condition and unworn.
I accept returns within 7 days of delivery on ready-to-ship items. Buyer covers return shipping and the item is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges can be accommodated within 30 days of delivery for unworn items.Â
Customized or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so I can make it right.Â
